Meet our CEO & founder​

Ahlem  Ben Othman is an Engineer, an Entrepreneur and a Leadership Coach, she is the founder and CEO of WNCS in Tunisia, the Co-Founder of ARAHA SARL a multinational services company based out of Tunisia and operating in the MENA region.

She provides consulting services for top executives and thought leaders around the world.  She designs and leads seminars in management, communication and leadership and provides individual as well as group coaching, she also trains and certifies leaders and future coaches.

Meet our NEWGEN coach

Med Bechir Ben Othman is a NEWGEN Coach, a dancer and international choreographer. He graduated in Cultural Project Management from the Marcel Hichter Foundation in Bruxels.

Known for his body language communication skills, and his expertise in innovative coaching methods through the exploration of body movements, this young artist coach shares his knowledge by offering teamwork training, body confidence, “Déclic Intrinsèque™”, transformational leadership etc.. He is also the founder of the TSB Dance Company, the first dance school to teach Bachata Sensuelle in Tunisia.
