Ahlem Ben-Othman is the Founder and CEO of World Network Consulting Services (WNCS). With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of international development, executive coaching, and organizational transformation, she has established herself as a thought leader in the field of human capital development.
Her work spans across three continents, partnering with prestigious institutions including The World Bank, the U.S. Institute for Peace, and various governmental agencies. Her unique approach combines rigorous business strategy with deep psychological insights to create sustainable organizational change.
As a TEDx speaker and White House conference contributor, Ahlem brings a global perspective to leadership development. Her methodologies have been implemented in corporate environments, civil society organizations, and governmental institutions, consistently delivering measurable results.
Beyond her corporate work, Ahlem is deeply committed to civil society leadership. She co-founded Women & Leadership and has led the Youth Empowerment & Development Association, mentoring hundreds of young people and women to become leaders in their respective fields.
